Ecco – Spin $179 Gilmour’s shoes
This shoe is ideal for holidays. It’s light and is suitable for walking for miles. It comes in a range of colours, with different coloured lacing to liven things up.

This shoe has a cork sole and is very well engineered to give a great combination of support and light weight. Even though it’s not a lace-up, it has a cork arch support, which in my podiatric opinion is brilliant.

Merrell – Barrado -$179.95 Athletes foot
This very light shoe is the best-selling women’s casual shoe at Athlete’s Foot. Is very flat so if you have tight calves take this into account. Also, we find a lot of female patients buy this shoe way too small around the forefoot.

A more structured shoe but still quite light. It also has a little more room at the forefoot, and is a better shoe if you have a bunion.
