FOOT MOBILISATION

Foot mobilisation is a hands-on technique that gently corrects the alignment of the lower leg in order to address the underlying cause of pain or misalignment. It is corrective rather than accommodative, so improvement takes place continuously – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

These changes are then supported with exercises that can be done at home in just a few minutes a day. Foot mobilisation can be used as a treatment option in most cases of foot and leg pain, or misalignment.

These conditions may include but not restricted to:

  • Bunions
  • Heel pain
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Heel spurs
  • Clawed or hammer toes
  • Morton’s neuroma
  • Pain when standing
  • Aching Feet
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Poor balance
  • Kid’s feet – growing pains
  • Pain in heels or fashionable footwear
  • Knee pain
