I went to a couple of podiatrists regarding my bunions. Sydney Foot Solutions and Dr. Fitzpatrick was the only clinic that was able to suggest a treatment without insoles or surgery. I discovered Daniel’s Podiatry practice through the internet. I was pleased to find someone who used natural techniques for improving the health of my feet and specifically for my bunion and hammer toe. While I live in the Hunter Valley, I was curious enough to meet with Daniel to learn about the treatment plan he offered and travel the distance to Sydney. I have a goal to do lots of bush walking and trekking so it was a priority for me to get my feet functioning better and also a goal to avoid surgery.
At the first meeting Daniel explained what was happening to my feet, the cause of my problems and what I could expect by proceeding with his treatment plan. I decided to go ahead and attend the scheduled appointments. I have recently finished the 90 plan and I am very happy with the results. From the first appointment I immediately felt that I was standing better on my feet, my posture began to improve, I had more energy in my legs and the lymph flow began to improve in my legs. My feet have been warm since the first appointment which feels great to have such improved circulation.
Over the time of the treatment my ankles have strengthened and my standing and walking on my feet has improved. The X-rays show that the angle of my bunion has reduced and the bunion which was beginning on my other foot has also reduced. My feet are really flexible now.
I am looking forward to continuing with follow-up sessions and my exercises to continually improve my feet. I highly recommend consulting with Daniel for any foot issues. I am very grateful for the natural treatment plans that he offers. Thank-you Daniel.
